The Firefly2 plus is one of my worst purchases this year. It's too hard to clean, and it gets pretty hot after a few sessions.

Nicht wirklich begeistert davon. Unordentlich und wirklich nicht leicht zu reinigen, aber leicht zu bedienen und stilvoll. Nicht glücklich darüber, dass ich die Gebrauchsanweisung für den Preis herunterladen musste, zu dem sie alles enthalten sollte. Das Aufladen des Docks macht das Reisen mit ihm zu einer Qual, da es von einem Dock und nicht von einem Hafen aus aufgeladen wird.

Es ist ein kleines Vape für ein Vape im Konvektionsstil und es sieht gut aus. Aber es vapetet die Kräuter einfach nicht gleichmäßig. My review would coincide with what one reviewer said he went through when the expensive Firefly 2 stopped holding a charge. If the unit had lasted a year I might not be so upset. One problem that the reviews don’t address is reliability theater than only usability. Professional reviewers should look into reliable as another prong of choosing a vaporizer! So now I’m into vaporizers for over $500 in a handful of months having to replace my almost new Firefly 2. I definitely won’t buy a Firefly product again. Their return policy is ridiculous as well. Eve has language having to do with “scratches” on the unit making it harder to return. And after reading the user review of the guy who sent his back only to have it returned still broken sums up what your experience with Firefly would entail. Don’t buy this unreliable piece of crap!

Mine broke within five weeks. Plus if you're Canadian there's no repairs and they won't sell parts

This is a quick review after 1 year of using the Firefly 2+, here are the pros and cons I've found while using my unit.

Pros:
- Can get me medicated in 5 puffs;
- Quick heat-up time;
- Fast charging time;
- Cleaning is so fast and easy that you have no excuse not to clean it between every load;
- Fantastic to use with extracts.

Cons:
- Expensive;
- Poor battery life (I can use it 3 times on a charge if I'm careful);
- Nowhere near as tasty as advertised (most of the terpenes are extracted in the first puff and then the taste suffers quite a lot throughout the rest of your session);
- Herb chamber is a little too small if you have any kind of tolerance;
- Having to use the app for temperature control is a pretty awful feature;
- Having to stir your herb between every puff isn't for everyone;
- Very difficult to find the right quantity of herb to load it with in order to get dense vapour (I haven't had combustion happen often but the vapour quantity is often underwhelming).

The main problem I have with this vaporizer is that it's advertised everywhere as the best vape to taste your herb but in practice, the taste becomes awful as soon as you heat your herb at 330F or above (It really is night and day between 320F and 330F). Unfortunately, THC does vaporize at 330F, so you have to choose between good taste or getting high.

At any rate, I also have an old Pax 2 and find myself using it a lot more than my Firefly 2+ (The Pax is A LOT more consistent on taste throughout your whole session) so I wouldn't recommend buying if you already have a decent vape... actually, I wouldn't recommend the Firefly to anyone period. It's not a bad vaporizer by any measure, but it shouldn't be marketed as a good vape for tasting and I can't justify its price point if I compare it to other vapes.

The heating is not working as I hoped it would and we have to recharge frequently. I am kind of disappointed in the way it works.

Simple and easy to clean device. I have iPhone so I’m not using the app and it’s kickass with herb and shatter. I clean it with 99% isopropyl after every 2 bowls with a toothbrush to get those lil holes . The concentrate pad works good with shatter just heat it up for 20 sec then blast it lol. After a week using it so far 5 stars no complaints. U want keep it clean constantly so those holes don’t plug and it taste way better when it’s always clean

The mouthpiece gets a little hot but not too bad! Definitely powerful, easy to use and discreet just amazing to have it.

In October the Firefly Company returned the pipe I’d sent back to them in June. This five month sad tale of woe with this dry herb pipe is as follows:

April 17th, 2020 I purchased the Firefly 2+ from Firefly for $211.96.

By May 19, 2020 I had to complain to Firefly that when I tried to charge the Firefly pipe its LED blinks blue three times (as it should) and then turns solid red indicating that it is overheating. It would not charge. Even by changing batteries I could not get it to hold a charge.

Firefly replied immediately giving me an Inquiry number (818072) and informing me that they were reviewing my inquiry. They said they would respond as soon as possible. On May 23rd and May 30th I asked for updates. They’d reply by giving me a new case number.

On June 4th, I sent them a letter requesting my money back. Then also on June 4th, 2020 Firefly sent me an update for my case #818072. They apologized and blamed their delay on Covid 19. They said they thought I needed a new battery but that they didn’t have any. I informed them that I had thought the same and bought a new battery but it didn’t improve the situation. Anyhow, they instructed me to return the Firefly pipe (RA92911), which I did on June 8th, at my cost.

Now Firefly had my pipe but continued to keep me in the dark on its status. I decided I wanted my money back. On July 18th, I informed my credit card company of the above and asked them to credit my account for the $211.96. My account was credited for this amount on Aug. 4th, 2020.

On Aug. 6th Firefly e-mailed me that their qualified team of technicians had completed the repairs and were sending the device back to me. They gave me a new case number (#850794) but kept the RA number. Strangely they asked for my current shipping address.

Later on Aug. 6th, Firefly thanked me for my shipping address, once again apologized and claimed any delays were because of Covid 19. They said they would ship my device back to me in 2 business days. I didn’t see it.

On Sept. 11th, Firefly informed me that they had repaired the unit but that there is a “charge back associated with this purchase”. They requested me to resolve the dispute with my credit card company before they would return the unit to me. If I didn’t, they said they would discard the unit. On Sept. 12th, I replied that I’d be glad to resolve the chargeback dispute with the credit card company if they returned the unit and my spare battery back to me in good working order and still under warranty. I rehashed the above story. On Sept. 14th someone from Firefly named Fernanda expressed regret for the situation and stated the unit would be returned to me in the next two days. I thanked her. She reiterated that she would send me tracking information and was pleased the situation had been resolved. I never got any tracking information.

On Oct. 21st, out of the blue, Firefly informed me that items in my order are out of stock and backordered. My order would be shipped as soon as the items are available. The backordered items were a Firefly 2+. Huh? This was new! Did they order a replacement Firefly for me? I had a new case number, now Case #876108.

Within a few days, on Oct. 24th, I received my Firefly back with the extra battery. I was surprised and happy. However, it only worked fine for about four days and then exhibited the same problem as before. When I would attempt to charge it the LED would blink blue three times and then turn solid red, and the unit would not charge. As before I tried it with several different wall adapters but always the same result.

I’m not sure what happened but the Firefly I received back supposedly from warranty repair was not repaired. I suspect that they either never repaired it or they undid the repair when I informed them I would not release the dispute until I had a working unit in my hands. Like most companies they’re happy enough to have customers trust them for purchases by accepting payment first before delivering the item. However, they can’t tolerate it when a customer says no, you repair the item first, and then I’ll pay you. Anyhow now I have a useless Firefly 2+. It took over five months for me to get my Firefly returned although not repaired or replaced.

It seems like it should be simple enough but have some difficulties. It's a convection style vape but not cooking the herbs evenly. Disappointed :(

Beautiful little machine. Heats up fast. Does the job but Often gets clogged after session 4-5. and the other thing is its mobile app which I can not use on my iphone therefore I had to buy the android phone which made me regret buying this.

It looks pretty good, and the design is also elegant, but the quality is not the same as the previous model. The old version was best.

I feel like one of the biggest RIP off I have had. I would rather just gave my money to anyone who had need, atleast it would have gone to better use. This is false advertisement the marketing videos is b.s. they really get you to pay this stupid kind of money! Don't lose your money.

For the price, this seems to be a great unit. It heats up quickly, feels solid removable battery is a plus. The only negative is that it does not give you more control as it requires apps to control the temperature .. Shipping was excellent, arrived sooner than promised despite being the Covid-19 situation.

I love the design and quality of my Firefly 2 plus. It heats in a second and produces smooth vapors. The only downside is it gets hot when using it for several hits in a row.

I have received my Firefly 2 Plus today. I was super excited and charged it for four hours. Then I have been trying to use it for three hours and nothing. It cooks the herbs, but no visible draws, or you will have to take very hard draws to get few vapors. With this price range, I thought, it's expensive.

Don't go near it. First month okay pulls, but it's too inconsistent. Some herbs it produces good vapors, while with some herbs nothing, pain in the arse to change temp and now it's not working. Green light blinks twice then goes out. I really having problems getting a good hit from firefly 2+.

The first interaction with this unit on the website is pretty good because it looks pretty small and attractive. But after using it for a month, I just hate my Firefly 2 plus. The cleaning of this vaporizer is hard and sometimes impossible. I have tried to use it with the dry herb, and it didn't hit well at all. I'm gonna try the concentrate and see if it works better. So far, it's a complete waste of money.

Bought this vape due it stylish design and was expecting a far better quality product especially for the price. Barely produces vapors, a cheap 20 dollar pen is far superior. Even dry herb use turned out to be a disappointment. Also It gets extremely hot during a single session..

I have been using the Firefly 2 plus for a little around a month, and it has got some worrying things. I have nothing to say about the vapor quality because that's exceptional and perfect. The device is also simple and fairly easy to use, but I am a bit concerned about the mouthpiece getting a bit too hot for me. The shell is pretty solid, but of course, it irritates me when the device gets too hot to hold.

This vape is very easy to carry and has almost no smell. I don't like how often I have to refill it, or how short the battery life is, but for how small and discreet this device is, it's a completely understandable characteristic. I get compliments all the time on the build quality of my vape, and my friends are always interested in seeing it in use.

I thought I should go for a one-time investment so I decided to buy the Firefly as I saw some good reviews regarding it. Its been a couple of weeks since I am using it and I am so frustrated as the device is so bad. It doesn't cook the herbs evenly which tastes really bad. It is an on-demand vape but this is totally opposite in reality, it takes way more than that time to get fully heat up. I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this useless device.

I have been using the Firefly 2 for 2-3 years, then got the firefly 2 plus as a gift recently. But as I am comparing these both models, the upgraded one ruined the class of the Firefly. The old one is much better in performance, cleaning, and vapor quality. Only in a month, the chamber looks pretty clogged, and it's impossible to clean it properly. Better to use the old one instead of it.

The vape does a solid job . I’m not sure what I expected, but the battery life is very short. I’ll have maybe 2 sessions before it’s half charged. And then one more session till it needs a charge. The mouthpiece will burn your lips n mouth if you have the temp up too high, learned that the hard way. Other than that its good and looks like expensive gadget.

Its been a week since I am using it and I agree that it has much better airflow than the firefly 2 but not that much that you will pay this huge amount for a device. Honestly, I am not satisfied with this purchase as there isn't much of a difference between them even after paying this much.

The vapor quality is pure and smooth, but I was getting the better as compare my old one. The battery is good and replaceable. The size of this vape is pretty good and discreet but it's expensive.

Very impressed with build of the Firefle 2+, albeit in a very sturdy feeling metal, and it's effectiveness as a vaporiser. Quick to heat up, providing a smooth vapor. I love the performance but design is not good.

On opening my Firefly 2+ Vape, my first impression was I LOVED the retro look and quality feel. It looks super sexy when my long haired rocker boyfriend draws on it, way sexier than a bf_! ;-) Anyway I unpacked all the bits and got her fired up. It DID take a few goes to get used to vaping but it produced huge clouds and taste was great.

I tried 5 or 6 other vapes before finding the Firefly 2+. I fell in love with it after my first use. It feels good in my hand. It's small (but not too small) and comfortable, with a good weight. Solid construction and dead-simple to use. The app is straight forward and easy to figure out. I highly recommend it.

Only been using this for a few days, but it’s everything it advertises. Like many reviewers, I think a larger chamber would be easier and more satisfying, hence the four stars. My first unit "Utillian 721" was defective but the customer service folks were amazing and sent a replacement immediately. If you are looking for a flower vape at this price, you can’t do better.

I'd heard mixed reviews about this vape, mostly that it was difficult to use and get consistent results and that it had a restricted airflow. After owning for a couple weeks I've found zero difficulty using it and getting good results and the airflow isn't quite as free as the Mighty, for example, but still better than a lot of other vapes out there and it doesn't bother me.The only improvements I'd like to see would be: 1-More responsive touch "buttons", as my hands are often dry so I find I need to wet my fingers to get it to respond. 2- having a quicker re-loadable option like the mighty dosing capsules

This is my very first vape, and it’s no hassle at all. The heat up time is pretty quick. The app is a really great feature to have in a device like this. You can fine tune it to make sure you’re getting that perfect hit. The battery life in my opinion is just okay as it does not last long, but the charge up time is decent. The price is also a bit high in my opinion but the flavor in the hits are great, and you can clean the air path, bowl, and mouthpiece easily.

This unit is small, so it's very portable. It does have a relatively short battery life, but I haven't found that to be too much of a drawback. I love that the temperature control allows you to customize. I found vaping took some practice with adjusting the temperature and learning how to draw. The mouthpiece can get hot at the higher temps but not too high extent I find the flavors of the herbs to be more flavorful, which is a big plus for me.

The Firefly 2+ is about as close to perfect as a vaporizer can get! It has a sleek and attractive design, it is also very easy to use and to clean and the Firefly 2+ heats up in just a few seconds. Lastly, it syncs with your phone really quickly and you can adjust your temperature via your phone and fully utilize the vape. It is my favorite way to vape.

After a week with the FF2+, I can say with confidence that I am glad to that i bought this model as my first vaporizer. Its ease of use is evident upon opening it and charging it is a breeze too. I will clean it frequently but not after 2-3 sessions as recommended. If it clogs for good, then too bad for me. I won't be trying concentrates so I cannot review that aspect of the lovely FireFly 2+ but on all other fronts I am satisfied.

I received this as a gift and was so excited! First time using it couldn’t figure out how to get a hit. Turns out you have to develop a technique to pull from this little device. Slow at first then build up to a big pull. Probably takes about a good 3 minutes of straight pulling to get a small rip. I will admit I’ve been close to passing out before I even get a hit out. The other thing that really sucks about spending so much money on this is the battery life. Such a joke. You’re lucky to get maybe 5 hits in a 30 mins of battery life and if you need to vape more then you would need to charge it again for 1 hour.

I really appreciate how sturdy the hardware feels,. Easy to use too. Too many other vapes are full of plastic and feels cheap but this units really gives you the feel of expensive gadget. The app is helpful in other ways as well. It allows you to adjust various settings, see the remaining charge available, and calibrate the unit for more visible vapor.

I was initially impressed with the build quality however I don't think this device works well as an "on-demand" vaporizer. It lacks the power and the portability that would make this device worthwhile, not to mention the short battery life. I know some people really like this device but to me it just isn't worth it. Really disappointed.

I was very reluctant to purchase this vape because of the mixed reviews. I'm happy to say that I made a great choice by purchasing it. It is an amazing vape with best tasting vapors and is very easy to clean and maintain. What I love most about this device is I can load the bowl and take a hit or two and set it down and finish it later. My only con is that the battery doesn't last very long so a spare is necessary if you are away from home.

I wanted to find. Little bigger vape and I tried this one price was pretty good and it has been good so far but the battery could be longer, I just bought extras as back up. It has all the features you want and the taste is unbelievable. I own 4 dry herb vaporizers and this is the one that I use most.

This is my first vaporizer and I really love it, and I've had to experiment to get the best results, but after doing so I'm very happy with the Firefly. I've found that an extra second of heating after the flashing stops, and very slow draws get great results. Easy to clean, good battery life, and great build quality.

My first vape. Took a little bit of time to get used to. Now that I got the hang of it, I'm getting big rips from it. Very happy with the quality and finish of the firefly 2+. Easy to use. Heaps of great YouTube videos around to get you started. Much more efficient, cleaner. Only used with dry herb so far, not concentrate. Great vaporiser.

Learning curve is high. Vapor is smooth especially at 360 or less. So smooth that people who don't normally vape can handle it. Battery life needs improvement. I probably get 20 full 15 second draws before the need to recharge. And those 20 draws probably represent 2.5 bowls. Overall it is a excellent vape with fast heat up time.

It is my go-to portable vape. I love that it heats in about 3 seconds and you can vape as much or as little as you like and aren't locked in to an entire session. The vapor quality is excellent, but I did need to make some adjustments to get the vapor smoother than it was out of the box and the battery life could have been better.

My friend gifted me this a few days ago, highly impressed with it. Heats in just 3-5 Seconds produces consistent and flavorful clouds, draws are super smooth on both the concentrate and the dry herb use. Definitely like the versatility of this vape. Very good build quality overall.

It is my go to vape, the flavor in the hits are great, and you can clean the device very easily. The battery life in my opinion is okay but it could have been better, but the charge up time is pretty quick. Also, I need to stir after every hit to get a good hit which is bit frustrating.

To be honest I haven’t look back to my other portable vapes when I first got the Firefly 2. Really impressed with vapor quality and quick, smooth hits it provides. but It does have quite a lot of draw resistance it won’t produce the clouds of a monster but it’s potency is definitely good enough for me.

I have been using the Utillian 721 for past 2 years and recently purchased this vape because it looks so cool. But believe me the battery life of this vape is crap. After spending that much money, I would have to purchase a spare battery to enjoy this vape properly. Not worthy as I haven't felt any difference in the vapors this vape and my old Utillian.

Very easy to use. I’m very inpatient don’t like waiting on anything. And when the urge hits I turn it on and I’m vaping in a matter of seconds. Great item.

The Firefly 2+ is a gorgeous piece of art. Love the taste, the clean feeling, the effect, and the discreteness. It does take a few sessions before figuring it out but not complicated. It’s easy to clean and the battery lasts a decent amount to takes a few sessions.
